Innovative Wake-Up System
A standout feature of the Craft Autoworks LiFePO4 Batteries is the Low SOC Wake-Up System. Typically, when a LiFePO4 battery becomes over-discharged and the Battery Management System (BMS) disconnects it for protection, a special charger is required to reactivate the battery. However, Craft Autoworks' proprietary circuit temporarily displays the battery’s cell voltage at the terminals, even when the BMS is in low SOC. Simply press the "Wake Up" button on the battery lid, and the charger will recognize the battery voltage and begin charging, making it a more reliable and accessible solution for off-grid applications.

Order Shipment
If your order is received and is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we usually ship the item(s) within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be provided to the customer within 24 hours of the order being dispatched from the warehouse. Delivery Time
Once the tracking information is sent to your email, it usually takes about 5-10 business days for your item(s) to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on location and brand so please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Once your order is confirmed, your order is automatically placed in a batch of orders for the day that our team processes. The processing time of these orders is the duration in which it takes for your submitted order to leave our warehouses across the country. Usually, our processing time takes 2-3 business days, which means it takes 2-3 days for our product(s) to leave the warehouses after receiving your order confirmation.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return, however, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you are purchasing as the brand specific return policy on the product page overrides this general return policy of 30 days.
