EcoFlow Delta 2 Max Extra Battery
The EcoFlow Delta 2 Max Extra Battery extends your power station’s energy capacity by 2kWh per battery, providing up to 6kWh total energy storage when connected to the Delta 2 Max. It is compatible with the Delta 2, Delta Max 2000, and Delta 2 Max Portable Power Stations.
Charging & Monitoring
- Charging: Charge the Delta 2 Max Extra Battery using your Delta Power Station, or use the EcoFlow Dual Fuel Generator when the power station is not connected. It takes 136 minutes to reach 80% charge via AC input when using the Delta 2 Max Power Station.
- Monitoring: The front LCD panel displays percent charge, input watts, output watts, and days remaining. You can also monitor the battery through the EcoFlow Smartphone App.

Order Shipment
If your order is received and is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we usually ship the item(s) within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be provided to the customer within 24 hours of the order being dispatched from the warehouse. Tracking information will be sent to the email provided by the customer when they checked out.
Delivery Time
Once the tracking information is sent to your email, it usually takes about 5-10 business days for your item(s) to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on location and brand so please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Once your order is confirmed, your order is automatically placed in a batch of orders for the day that our team processes. The processing time of these orders is the duration in which it takes for your submitted order to leave our warehouses across the country. Usually, our processing time takes 2-3 business days, which means it takes 2-3 days for our product(s) to leave the warehouses after receiving your order confirmation.
Refunds and Returns.
If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. You as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return, however, please check the specific return policy for the brand of product you are purchasing as the brand specific return policy on the product page overrides this general return policy of 30 days.
